About Bizbotweb
Better marketing. Built to last. Owned by you.
We build marketing departments inside growing service businesses. One plan, one team, clear owners, and everything stays yours.
Why we exist
Marketing keeps restarting. We build it so it doesn't.
Most owners we meet have the same story. Something worked once. Then something shifted, nobody knew why, and marketing became one heroic push after another: a new agency, a new freelancer, a new hire, a new plan.
It's like buying new shoes every time the ground changes. You keep moving, but you never build a base.
Bizbotweb exists to build that base: a marketing department with written processes, set deliverables and honest numbers, inside your business, on your accounts.
Who runs it
SEO since 2007. Operations at heart.
Bizbotweb is led by Joshua Monge. He has run SEO audits and search work for service businesses since 2007, and spent years on the operations side of growing companies.
That mix shapes how we work. Search tells us what buyers want. Operations makes sure the work gets done every month, the same way, whoever is on the team.
We're based in Paducah, Kentucky, and work with service businesses across the country.
"We have a plan, we have a pattern... we're just reviewing it, which is excellent."

What we believe
Five things we won't compromise on.
You own it.
Your website, content, contact list and accounts are digital real estate. They gain value over time, so they should be in your name, not ours.
Part of the team, not a vendor.
We work as an extension of your business. If you have other vendors, we help set clear lanes so everyone can do their best work.
A base before heroics.
Channels go in an order. We build the foundation first, then add the work that compounds on top of it.
Honest numbers.
Every month you see what worked and what didn't, in plain language. Reporting is how we decide what to change.
A clean handover.
If you take it over, you get the files, the written processes and every asset. We step out cleanly.
Is this a fit?
A good fit works both ways.
A good fit: a growing service business already investing in marketing, an owner who joins the first call, and someone on the team who can own marketing with us.
Not a fit: shopping for the lowest price, wanting marketing taken off your plate with no involvement, or hoping marketing will rescue a business that's struggling.
If we aren't the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Next step
Let's see where your marketing stands.
A 20-minute call. You tell us what's going on. We tell you the one next step that makes sense, even if it isn't us.
